All payments made to RishteyBazaar.in for any premium plans, membership subscriptions, or add-on services are non-refundable.
By making a payment, you agree to our no-refund policy and acknowledge that you have read and understood the features and limitations of the service purchased.
2. No Guarantee of Match or Success
Our platform facilitates introductions but does not guarantee marriage, engagement, or a specific number of responses or matches. Therefore, refunds will not be issued for:

3. Duplicate Payment
In case of accidental duplicate payments, users are entitled to a refund of the extra amount paid. You must contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction with proof of payment.
4. Technical Errors
If you are charged due to a technical error or system issue (e.g., payment deducted but service not activated), we will resolve the issue or process a refund upon verification.
5. Service Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for the remaining duration of the subscription period.
Auto-renewal (if applicable) can be turned off through your account settings. If you face issues with cancellation, contact our support before the renewal date.
6. Chargebacks and Disputes
If a chargeback or payment dispute is raised without contacting us first, we reserve the right to:
